Room Rental:
We negotiated an overall reduction of approximately 20% of the room rentals over the course of the event. This is a saving of £6,750.00 nett of VAT.
Food, Beverage & Day Delegate Rate:
We negotiated a contracted lock-in of food and beverage prices of 5% above the 2007 rates. Based on the anticipated numbers and using the lowest menu price on every item, this is an estimated reduction, based on 2009 prices, of £1,000 net of VAT.
We negotiated a reduction of £13 on the day delegate rate, a saving of over 11%. This constitutes a saving of £5,530.00 net of VAT.
Bedrooms:
We negotiated the bedroom rate down from £525.00 for a standard room and £595.00 for deluxe room to £330.00. This represents an average saving of £230.00 per room per night. A total estimated saving of £47,840.00 net of VAT.
