A full service event management company based in leafy East Sussex, Dynamic Conferences & Events was created in 1997 by Claire Bowley and Malcolm Wallace. The company now employs a small team with big experience.

Everyone involved is passionate about exceptional customer service. Positivity, trust and respect is key to dynamic event management and conference organisation. Dynamic Events works across all industry sectors delivering UK and international events.

In recent years Dynamic Events has organised events across the UK and worldwide in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. From Costa Rica to India and Israel to China.

Accomplished negotiators, concentrating on maximising your event budget, reducing costs and adding value is exactly how Dynamic Events has been delivering international events in inspirational places for 20 years.

Malcolm Wallace 

My passion is my business having devoted the last 20 years to it’s nurture and growth. Receiving great feedback from our delegates is the best feeling. Sailing and tennis enable me to switch off and relax.

Claire Bowley

In my past life I was a stage manager and I love bringing my theatrical experience to the events that we create. Managing our fantastic team and harnessing their creativity and dedication to produce outstanding events is massively rewarding.

Charlie Ogilvie

Hello! I’m Charlie Ogilvie, Finance Director at Dynamic. My finance career started in London with a big accountancy firm, but, after qualifying, I realised that small business was my real passion and I started focussing on that.  One of my biggest career highlights is helping to found a company called Contender: where I got to go to the film premieres of The Twilight Saga and (slightly reluctantly at the time) financed the making of Peppa Pig! When my finance hat isn’t on, I play guitar, tennis and run; I have a large 80’s music collection and I’d never refuse an invitation for a day out playing golf. I am married and have two teenage children, a dog, a chicken and three donkeys called Lola, Lottie and Ellie.

I am an experienced operations manager striving to shape event details into perfection. I would describe myself as determined and strong-minded. I love exploring the world through storytelling and by tasting everything (almost) on my plate. Full time foreigner originating from Slovakia.

I have worked overseas for the majority of my career and have a real passion for travelling. I love organising events and creating an exceptional experience for our delegates. I relax by going on long walks, hitting the gym and occasionally, (when I have time!) binge watching a box set!

Jo Stapley

My career in the energising and complex world of event management began in 2001. During this time I have been privileged to travel to fabulous destinations, planning and delivering all types of events and meeting and working with exceptional people. I joined the Dynamic team in 2018 after 20 years in London. I am passionate about, and motivated by, contributing to our clients’ success and aiming to exceed their expectations. Out of work I am a trainee crew member for an independent Rescue Boat, love being outdoors and am attempting to renovate my new home!

Leaving my home country Lithuania at the age of 18, I came to England to chase my big dreams. After graduating from the performing arts university with a 1st Class Honours degree, I joined the Dynamic Team and have been living my dream ever since. I really enjoy a good challenge when it comes to managing events – I like to test my limits and see how far my creativity and hard work can take me.

I graduated from the University of Brighton in 2016 and have totally embraced the world of event management. I am looking forward to travelling and working on events around the world. Outside of work, running and fitness form a large part of my life. I have completed two marathons and I’m currently working up to an Ultramarathon.

I am a totally organised, self-confessed shopaholic that grew up in the south of Spain from the age of 5. Growing up in Spain, surrounded by many different nationalities, gave me a greater understanding of different cultures and has made me a more caring person.  I moved back to the UK in 2014 to focus on my career.  In 2016, I found a job I love when I joined the fabulous Dynamic Events team. I take pride in the wonderful and highly successful events we create, travelling to amazing locations, organising stunning bespoke events for very special clients.

I was born in Auckland, New Zealand where I spent much of my childhood moving around the country. In 2006 we moved to England to see more of the world which started my passion for experiencing new cultures, cuisines and climates (especially warm ones) and since then I have visited nearly 30 countries. I joined Dynamic Events in 2017 after getting my first class Event Management degree from the University of Winchester and have loved working with the team to create outstanding, memorable events with many more in the works. Outside of work I spend a lot of time showing pedigree sheep and grooming at horse shows. I enjoy my sport and am a member of several netball teams and a CrossFit gym. I am also an avid All Blacks fan!

I joined the Dynamic Events team shortly after completing my studies at the University of Reading and have not looked back since! My curiosity to travel the world and learn more about different cultures is now part of my day-to-day life and I am very excited to see where this unique career will take me. When I am not in the office, I enjoy like to spend time with my close friends and family, try out new experiences and food, whilst constantly promising myself to pay a visit to the gym!

Hi, I am Esme Wright, the new Events Assistant at Dynamic Conferences and Events! I graduated in 2017 from Bournemouth University with a degree in Retail Management. I celebrated graduating by spending 6 months travelling around South East Asia and Australia with one of my friends from uni before starting my career in events! I am originally from Rye and so finding a job that is right on my doorstep and allows me to travel to amazing locations is an absolute bonus! This job is perfect for me as I get to combine my passion for travel with work. I have just assisted on my first conference abroad and cannot wait for many more to come. In my spare time I love to see my friends and family.
