Case Study Three – Time

If you have organised any events you will be aware how time consuming it is and if you are doing your normal job in addition you may be finding a normal day too short!

Our client is a leading, multi-national network of accountants organising regional conferences and a world conference. Prior to meeting us they organised these events within their small marketing team.

The problems they were having were simply related to time. They didn’t have the time to ensure that the conferences were organised how they wanted them and they didn’t have the time to do their marketing jobs in addition to the conference work.

We worked alongside their marketing team relieving them of most of the workload, but working to their exacting standards, to their goals and to their budgets.
